Excellent for moderate weight!
It is excellent for what I do at my home gym. Would I trust it to be a squat rack for anything more than 300lbs, absolutely not. I believe it is perfect for beginner to moderate advanced lifters on a budget. I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and that I can store it out of the way if I need the space m.
- Reduces the need for multiple weight racks
- The weight rack may not be cost-effective for home gym enthusiasts on a budget
