I was so excited when it arrived as it was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our new golden karakul. I was very upset when after just a few days the collar started to loosen and almost all of the pink disappeared. Very very bad processing. I was disappointed to request a refund for the product as I had to purchase a new collar.
