I was hoping to buy the 32" but after getting the 27" I really liked it. BUT the three USB hub ports don't work, tried to contact Samsung but they don't help people in United States only in Canada for their 24/7 online chat and the person didn't know the product, didn't know anything about the USB Center. Now I'm wondering if I should return the monitor immediately as I was planning to buy a second monitor to connect with a DP cable, but if the USB ports don't work, the DP ports might not work either. Send an email to Samsung, please wait 72 hours and then return the Revain monitor. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU BUY WITH WARRANTY.
