Be careful, this knife comes very sharp straight out of the box. If you have a bad habit of cutting yourself - like I did before buying this knife - you can You'll get a few cuts and nicks. The handle of the "Good Grips" knife could be thicker, but it's comfortable and slip-resistant. The balance is okay too, and the point, given its shape, goes surprisingly well with fruit and veg. The Serrated edge slices through fruit and veg or slices back and forth with little effort With the Prime currently priced at around $10, this is a good buy.
