Review on Philips 391169 Circline Fluorescent 22 Watt by Paul Curd
Slight twitches? in fluorescent tubes
Received before the original delivery date. This was unexpected but appreciated as most bookings are currently being delayed due to Covid. At first things looked fine. However, when I went to install it, I was a little apprehensive. I've installed these guys many times and never experienced so many twitches with a new bulb. It takes about 5 minutes to completely stop the twitching. After the light is on for a while, it stops. However, I am concerned that this bulb may now have a long lifespan. All in all a bit disappointed.
