For those suffering from dehydration, the liter size is the way to go!
I had a 600ml spa which I bought a few years ago and finally decided to upgrade to a liter! For those who drink a lot of water, this is ideal. Plus plenty of room for ice cream. It annoys me that the eddy+ is not compatible with previous Eddy models, meaning all the extra bite valves I had are wasted. (Please tell me CamelBak how this qualifies as a 'universal' valve.) Also, you'll need to clean the cap, valve, and straw more often than other water bottles because they go bad pretty quickly. But overall I like the bottle, I use it every day!
