Simple and effective
I bought this to roll out ravioli pasta dough. It has multiple thickness options making it easy to make my dough thin enough. It also has a pasta cutting attachment that attaches securely to the main base. Simply insert the pen into the pen you want to use. The desk clamp took a little fiddling to make it effective, but once I figured it out, it worked fine.
