Review on Freezerworks by Shane Yay

The design has been around for over 3 decades now so it's very well tested! It does everything I need. Very easy configuration once you know what your doing. You should always run samples through Quality Assurance tests before deploying into Production use as not quite all features work yet across geographies or users types, which causes issues when things don't sync up properly. In most cases though that doesn;t happen until after production roll out due to our usage models being different - therefore we just put new rules in place rather than do something like re-training everyone each time there are upgrades made available. Our core business processes such as shipping clinical specimens from hospital labs etc have improved productivity massively using freezeworks. I like the ease of use of the software. The layout of the software is very user friendly. The software works great with the laboratory. The software is very efficient and will help my laboratory run smoothly. I have not found anything I dislike about the software. I would recommend this software to other laboratory managers. I am able to keep track of all of my samples and the people who have access to them. It also makes it easy for me to track the samples when they are on their way to the laboratory.
