Three stars because it's really well made and I'm sure someone will find it useful, but I sent it back the day after receiving it because the Straps practically do not work. .Only TWO HANDLES, one sewn on the back at the level of the handle, and an adjustable strap on the back that should transform the bag from a tote, to a shoulder bag, to a backpack. Unfortunately, this bag doesn't work as well as any of these bags. As a large bag, it is impractical because the fixed handle also folds down when the top is closed, but when the top is open the bag gets very high and is dragged across the floor for me. The bag does not work as a shoulder bag because the adjustable strap is attached to the bottom of the bag. This means that the whole time you're holding it, it's trying to turn itself upside down. With a backpack, the straps are not fixed at all so you cannot hold it on one shoulder or even wear it on the shoulder as the length shifts and makes this impossible. Two pictures showing the bag's features are impossible and I found the description misleading.
