This ATO worked perfectly, exactly 6 months, then it just stopped working. The controller is dead. At first XP Aqua claimed it must be the PSU but it wasn't, I told them I had checked and it was fine, it was the controller. They sent the power supply, the problem is not in it. Now they said they would only replace it if I sent it back to them because I must have dropped it in the tank or connected a different power supply. Both are not possible. So I have to spend the time and money to send it back to them before they admit it's defective and replace it. I had to choose Tunze, I never had a problem with their products and once I got a spare part, no problem. live and learn
