Review on Stream Your Music In Style With Teac MCD800CH All-In-One Turntable Bluetooth Speaker System In Black by Chad Carter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

very high quality sound for size

In 1995 I got a very expensive Technics stereo. It was about $1000 at the the time. I was just a freshman in high school but I have no doubt that I had the best stereo out of all the kids in my school. I had a direct drive turn table to match it but decided to use a vintage Gerrard friction drive turn table. The sound was exquisite. I still have the stereo but it just collects dust. I have 4 kids and have not had the room or time to use it. So for years I have just used inexpensive table top stereos. The sound was not so exquisite but I got used to it. Anyway, my cheap $39 stereo finally broke and all I had to play my music on was my phone or my tablet or a couple of cheap vinyl destroying Crosley record players . the sound not exquisite at all. I listen to music so much and I was sick of listening to music on junk I decided to get something that was at least decent. I read a lot of reviews and decided to try this one. I have no complaints. It is belt driven, the sound is rich it is solid and well built and it came the day after I ordered it. I suppose I actually do have one small complaint. The turn table has no adjustable counter weight which could wear out your vinyl. I have the 25 watt version which is loud enough but not nearly as loud as my Technics. But overall , very decent.

Pros
  • Can connect to multiple devices at once for easy switching between sources
Cons
  • The system may not be able to connect to multiple devices at once
