Fits perfectly - problem solved

I bought this for my 2013 Ford Escape SEL and it fits perfectly. When I bought my used car it had a hood opening failure even though it appeared to be securely closed. It turned out that the sensor was defective. Removing the old one and installing this one was a breeze and it fixed my problem right away. Also, I saved about $20 by buying from a retailer on Revain compared to buying from Autozone (where I usually buy auto parts).
