That way our good paddles won't get ruined

Of course these are not the professional paddles, but we put these out when the kids are having friends over. That way our good paddles won't get ruined. These work fine for the money.

Bought these as my table tennis top came with 2 and I wanted 4 for doubles. The ones with the top had a smooth surface whereas these are rough, which makes the ball play much differently and you can impart much more spin. However I didn''t find the handles very comfortable and a number of people switched back to the simple smooth ones I had. I am by no means a expert in this game but wasnt wowed by these. They do the job though and are decent paddles.
