I always put negatives first. 1. This camera's clarity at 25x is not as clear as one might expect. 3. I was amazed by the battery life 2 0 movies and I just charged the battery once 5. I like the ease of use It feels good in the hand and the rear view is great This is useful for old eyes and also for r those trying to frame their photograph. I usually prefer looking through the viewfinder and always do it with a big camera and a DSLR, but sometimes you just want to get a decent picture quickly. I LOVE this camera. 6. Interior shots are also very good. Use the program option and bump the ISO up to 400, which can introduce graininess, although I don't think it's too bad, and if you need a flash, that little (indoor) flash helps. Outdoors, the flash also helps brighten dark faces and bring out the right colors, especially in shadowy areas. Don't try to zoom too high or you won't be able to use the flash. So what I like best is the camera. I'll edit this review in due course if at all, but I use it on the beach (tough for a camera with sand and just salty air) and in the mountains where there's a lot of fog and rain. It's not waterproof, but the pocket helps. I want to add a picture of Franga Pani I took in Tanzania with digital zoom around the center (not sure). Canon. Many Thanks.
