Realistic Reborn Baby

This is a very realistic reborn baby. I’ve only had plastic/soft bodied reborn babies and this one feels the most life-like. It’s pretty heavy and the head needs support, just like a real baby. The arms and legs are a little less realistic. They’re very floppy and jiggly - they reminded me of the frog carnival game where you launch them with a hammer onto lilly pads. The details are amazing, especially the red coloring around the eyes, cheeks, and belly button. The hands are closed and the feet have wrinkles on the bottom. The nails don’t have any details however, and there are no eyelashes or hair so this could definitely be improved. The silicone does get lots of things stuck to it so any pet fur/fluff/dust will have to be wiped or washed off. Since the material feels a little sticky it’s hard to slide clothes on and off, but it’s manageable. The clothes he came with weren’t great, but you can buy different outfits. He comes with a onesie with cheap-feeling ribbon ties and a hat that’s too big for his head. He does have a nice swaddling blanket though. His mouth is closed so the pacifier and bottles that are included can’t be used. They’re standard plastic baby doll accessories like what would come with a big box store toy.I got the 14” size which would be nice for a child, but feels small for a real baby so next time I would get the size up.Overall I think this is one of the best mass-produced reborn babies on the market. It’s not as realistic as the artistic babies people make, but those are a lot more expensive. It would make a wonderful gift for an older child or empty nester.
