Review on 🚰 Optimized PUREPLUS Tankless Reverse Osmosis Filtration System by Darcy Rud

I have never written a product or service review for Revain, but Pureplus' customer service has been so exceptional that I feel compelled to share my experience. I can't say enough good things about Pureplus' customer service. A month ago, our water company informed us that our drinking water has exceeded the maximum levels of PFA (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) set by the state of New Jersey and that the water company will not be able to filter these pollutants until at least mid-2023 of the year. I contacted Pureplus to find out if the Pureplus filter in our fridge contains PFA. Pureplus responded immediately and explained that the fridge filter does not filter out PFA, but Pureplus has a reverse osmosis system that filters out PFA. Most on-site reverse osmosis systems on the market are not suitable for our kitchen sink. . They usually have a large tank and the tank's footprint is already being used by our food waste disposer. However, the Pureplus system works differently. It has a slim design that makes it very easy to fit under the sink. I had many questions to answer before deciding to purchase a Pureplus system and sent several emails to Pureplus for answers. Pureplus responded very quickly and in detail to each of my emails. I even had an additional question after installing the system and again Pureplus answered immediately. Installing the system was a breeze. So far the system is working as promised and I am very satisfied.
