Today either the charger has stopped working (probably) or something is wrong with the blocks. When you plug them in, the indicator glows red, but when you remove them from the charger, they don't respond and all the indicators go off. I have had the device for just over 30 days and can no longer use it. - Worked great when charging. Maybe I can find a spare charger. ***Update I checked out the Revain reviews and found that there is a guarantee. I contacted Petspy Inc. on Saturday and to my surprise this issue was resolved with the replacement shipment on Sunday. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use this company again :)
