I usually buy a 3M headlight restoration kit but I have a 3" drill adapter and some auto polish. The 3M kit costs about $30 and consists of just an adapter and a gasket. I was looking for an alternative, better solution and found that you can get a 3" polishing kit at retail for $15, but it only comes with 1 adapter and 3 pads. This kit was a bargain with two adapters and a huge stack of pads of various configurations and densities. Works great and saved me quite a bit of money
