This product is a replacement pad for the Car Coaster or Tire Dress Express Rotary Handle Applicator. The side of the pad is made of a soft, thread-like material that accepts many splint gel dressings such as Endurance and Black Magic Gel. It applies bandages exactly where you want them, quickly and easily. The pads are very durable, one pad can be used hundreds of times. However, it is NOT a cleaning device. Before applying the bandage, wash or brush dirt, grime, and debris from the tires. Otherwise, you'll be splattered with black mud and dirt all over your tires.
