I have a pair of old Woolrich flannel nightgowns and they don't match. I know flannel, but it's a strange material. It seems that these are two materials that are connected to each other. A thinner cotton outer shell with a kind of fluffy, almost "flocked" inner layer. It doesn't remind me of a flannel shirt I've ever worn, and when I was a kid I bought two new flannel shirts every fall at Montgomery Ward School. I know a little flannel. Somehow this inner layer irritated the skin on both of my elbows where they rested on the soft armrests of my chair. I'm not saying everything isn't advertised etc. But it made such an impression on me. I didn't like the material. It seemed cheap and not able to withstand many washes (my guess). Wouldn't buy again. Wouldn't recommend it. I will keep it but I turned it inside out when I wear it. It will be useful, but not very pleasant. The seam at the bottom is torn. I didn't pull hard. So I took it off, looked at the tear and pulled a little and the seam came undone. It's garbage. Shit. waste of money. Avoid at all costs. Enter a word. To spread fear. Don't buy this junk. Put an old tablecloth or something on it.
