Review on FDM Records Management System by Steve French

The software is easy to use, it allows me to log all of our calls. It's great for the whole department and can be expanded to other areas as needed. I like how you can go back in time and see what information was filled out and by whom. For example, if a paramedic doesn't fill out a certain field or fills it in wrong, you can't tell if they just didn't feel like doing it or were careless. The interface could be improved, but I'm able to navigate through the system easily. It has helped us keep track of our logs, so we know who has been where, when, and who responded to an incident. This helps eliminate mistakes with paperwork which would normally go unnoticed because no one remembers every detail of every call. We are also able to cross-reference previous incidents with current ones It has been very easy for our department so far, as we have not had any problems or issues at all! The software was designed by professionals who understand what it takes out there today when dealing w/ record keeping of incidents such records are kept safely within this program but can also be printed off if needed too!! I like how quick &easy everything works together here. We cannot say anything bad about them yet because they do great things over @ Firehouse Recruiting. !
