The software was easy to learn, it works like a charm! It's great for our department because we are able to store all of our paperwork in one place instead of having multiple folders and cabinets scattered around the office. I think this program could be better if there were more customizable options available. The software is easy to use, it allows me to log all of our calls. It's great for the whole department and can be expanded to other areas as needed. I like how you can go back in time and see what information was filled out and by whom. For example, if a paramedic doesn't fill out a certain field or fills it in wrong, you can't tell if they just didn't feel like doing it or were careless. The best feature of this product is the ability to share the data of previous incidents with the department. This is a great way to know the status of previous incidents and compare to the current incident. This product can be improved with the ability to track incidents when the incident is still active. Also the layout of the dashboards needs to be improved. I am able to use this product to keep accurate and up to date with incident reports and status of previous incidents. The ability to…
