The best feature of this product is the ability to share the data of previous incidents with the department. This is a great way to know the status of previous incidents and compare to the current incident. This product can be improved with the ability to track incidents when the incident is still active. Also the layout of the dashboards needs to be improved. I am able to use this product to keep accurate and up to date with incident reports and status of previous incidents. The ability to share data with previous incidents is very useful for current incident and to compare to previous. The software has been very helpful for our department, we use it daily when responding calls from dispatch or taking reports of fires/EMS incidents (in house). At first I had some issues finding my way around but once i got comfortable using this system its become easy! All departments within one agency can access information simultaneously which makes life easier as well since there are so many people trying at any given time who need info about an event!!
