I am an artist working with interactive objects that require reliable electronics within my programming ability. I've been using an Arduino for years and have mostly developed on a Mega and then produced work with a Pro Mini configured with everything I need for what it does due to the price of the traditional Mega and the fact that they are hard to find. without solder connections. I can't confirm the durability of this board as it's the first board I've installed, but I like the production form factor and also the connectorless state - especially for the price. It is more complete, has built-in USB and MEGA functions. The only downside is it's mention in previous reviews - it's VERY detailed as to which cables it works with - there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for what it accepts and what it doesn't. I put one aside, just labeled it for him so I don't have to go through THIS again. I'll try to update this when I'm done and install this project if there's anything to note, but for now I'm pretty happy and will be ordering a few more to work with. I won't deduct a star for being picky about USB, but I wish it was a little easier.
