Everything You Need In One Place With Great Customer Service
The ability of having everything in one place is amazing! It's very easy for everyone involved with keeping track or tracking any issues that may arise throughout their facility/company as well.
I don't have too many dislikes about it but there could be some minor tweaks here and ther just little things like if you wanted all employees working at once from different locations around your campus would make sense maybe? We are solving problems we were going through before smartfm came along so i can say they definitely helped us out by taking care off our needs which was great!!
Pros
- SmartFM has been an incredible help to my employer, not only did this software take away several headaches suchas time management when dealing wth employee schedules etc.,but also provides valuable insight into how much money each individual makes within his department.and even more helpful than both these points combined..is its ease of use; no matter what level someone works under (from entry staff up until CEO),smartfme will work perfectly fine without issue..also
