It's very easy to use; we can easily add new documents, edit existing records, track who has access to what information etc. Their customer support is really great as well! They are always there if you need any help at all (even when it comes to billing issues or account questions). I've never had an issue with their service in over 6 years of using them for our business needs so far. The only thing that they could improve upon would be having more dedicated agents available during non-business hours which sometimes makes scheduling meetings difficult but this isn't something that we have noticed personally yet - maybe try contacting other users about how helpful their team members were? We like how quick and simple their system works compared to others out there. Our clients love being able to send files back & forth without needing another person involved since both parties don’t live locally anymore. This also saves us time because instead.
