Great plane! It flies great and lands softly. He usually slides within a second after the rubber band runs out, which helps him land. Some parts like rudder, elevator and cockpit had to be glued together to keep them from moving. This particular plane can be easily modified and even tethered with special modifications, but for this you will need a different rubber motor for longer flights and a cable that can be made from household items. It's not very strong though, so it can break if it hits something hard, but it's easy to fix with wood glue and usually lands smooth. In short, this is a great plane for the price and it performs great. Your kids will love it for sure!
