Review on Inteli Power Converter Progressive Dynamics PD9145AV by Derek Evans

We are having trouble with a (new) battery holding a charge that the inverter should help with. I contacted the guy we got it from, he said he would help us sort it out, seemed very genuine. He asked for photos of the installed inverter to ensure it was installed correctly. What I did. He said he would look at them and call me back in the morning. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no response from him. We do not know if the inverter is defective or not. He helped us so sincerely, but it didn't happen and the problems continue. It's sad because we sold the camper right after we installed the new inverter. Therefore we are disappointed for the time being. To say that the inverter is the problem is not fair to us to address. Live and learn I guess. A sad person cannot trust a business person. It's quiet and easy to install.
