Review on Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel Toaster with Shade Selector, Extra Wide Slots, Bagel, Keep Warm, Defrost, Auto-Shutoff, Cancel Button, 4 Slice by Roberto Tucker

We are a family of 5 and I decided we needed more than a 2 slice toaster to make our mornings more efficient in preparing breakfast. This one seemed great because it had pretty good reviews and its shape would have saved me desk space. Yes, the cable exits the front, which is odd, but there's nothing wrong with wrapping it around and taking it out the back. It arrived on time and arrived in good condition. I love the beep when the toast is done. I was guilty of finding cold forgotten toast in the toaster long after it was made. Well that's all the positives I can say and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The biggest problem I have with this toaster is that it doesn't fit 4 regular bread slices from the supermarket. I only bought it to put 4 toasts in. Very disappointed. Added an image to show how the bread overlaps. I didn't want to send it back so I decided to just take it because it looked better than the old Black and Decker I had. After a few days I noticed that the toaster was very unstable. Sometimes he toasted only part of the bread. Sometimes he burned part of it. I also had to be careful placing it in the center of the toaster rack or it wouldn't toast at all. Currently I've found a nice spot on the dial where it's toasting a bit on one side of the bread. At least it didn't burn out. Wouldn't recommend at all. I will be in the market soon to buy a new toaster.
