Review on 🏢 Ultra Shallow Finish Recessed Housing - H245RICAT by Jon Lewis

I took my trusty 4" hole saw, cut a hole and to my dismay immediately found that the case was over 4" long. I checked the Revain listing again - yes, it was listed as a 4 inch case! Strange. Looking at the details, I realized that it actually looks more like 4.25 inches. great, now what? Order a new 4" case and delay the project for another 4-5 days? Or buy a big hole saw with that odd diameter if you can find one. And without a centering hole, this approach would be difficult at best. Further? Sand or cut the hole 1/4" larger. This seemed like the best option to continue the project. So I added 1/4" with a jigsaw. Once a perfectly round hole turned into an uneven mess. But the corpse came up hiding the careless cut. The good news is that the plug and light worked very well after I got over these difficulties. They should list it as a 4.25" case. !
