Bought for my 93 year old mother who has trouble getting her health or credit card out of her wallet. I figured if all the cards appeared in a shuffled deck, it would be easy for them to draw a card. The unit deals cards, but they are not stacked at different levels, only one deck of cards appears as a stacked group. Her arthritic fingers also have a little trouble moving the lever. My wife has one of these (from another manufacturer) and it has a simple trigger and the cards appear in a checkerboard pattern. I thought it would be the same but no.
