I like how easy it was for my employees who were not familiar at all in using this system or computer systems of any kind! It's so simple they could use without assistance from me which makes them feel comfortable about doing business online instead just by logging into another web site/computer etc..

The fact we are able to communicate easily between our offices as well has been helpful when needing help resolving issues regarding patient records (transfers). There really isn't anything i dislike but maybe if there would be something better than what comes out right now then sure let us know!! We have found benefits such as being much easier transferring files back & forth across state lines since both office locations share one account via cloud services;.
