Review on 💾 Kingston 4 GB SODIMM iMac and MacBook Memory Kit (2-Pack) KTA-MB800K2/4G by Ronald Howlett

I've always known Kingston Technology, but I had never bought any of their products prior to this purchase. This dual storage pack was just what I needed. I bought this to replace the 2x1GB that came with my 2008 iMac. Before installing, my iMac was very slow. Programs would shut down completely when multitasking in iPhoto while watching a video or browsing the web. Not good! After installing these 2x2GB, my iMac worked 100% better. I also installed the MemoryKeeper app to see how much memory is being used and it turns out that my iMac is only using 2.2GB for web browsing and watching videos, which is why I was having problems in the first place. In a nutshell. No more latency issues and my Mac works perfectly for a 2008 machine. The storage was easy to install and worth the purchase!
