Convenient and inexpensive
This item has sufficient height and correct geometry for standard sliding doors. The screws are long enough to go through the carpet when the carpet is flattened. I'm only giving this product four stars instead of five because the plastic will likely crack over time with wear and aging (particularly the rear vertical tab when the doors are slammed shut) but this product is white which is good for white doors, because it's smooth so doesn't scratch the underside of the doors, and it's so inexpensive and easy to replace that I can easily replace it every eight or nine years.
