I accidentally ordered this 'Chap-Ice' when I didn't look closely at the name and photo. I thought I'd order a "chap stick". All my fault. When I received my order (after berating myself for negligence) I decided to go ahead and give them a try. While the balm in Chap-Stick stays smooth and even, the balm in Chap-Ice simply crumbles. After using just one, I just threw the rest away and counted it as a waste. Then I carefully ordered a large pack of chap sticks!
