Review on ETATOS by Brent Henderson

I like that it's been able to integrate our new online booking software, as well as our old ticketing database into one platform which has allowed us to keep costs down over time (and even better than expected!). We love having access from any device! The ability of being mobile friendly really helps out when you're an independent owner who travels often! There aren't many complaints so far - we've had some minor technical issues but nothing too major. If there are updates available or if something isn't working properly, they can be updated very quickly and easily through their support team. They have also done multiple upgrades since launch without issue. Having everything at once made running my business easier than before by integrating the two databases together instead of trying to do them separately.
