Review on Metric Insights by Sam Doucette

Dashboard is great at presenting me with all of my metrics in one place, allows easy drill-down to see what I'm looking for, and the ability to set alerts means we're always aware when something changes (which can be good or bad). It's not very intuitive compared to some other tools and could still use more UI/UX improvements. A powerful tool if used properly; especially as it relates to sales. We get a clear picture of our leads pipeline that has historically been difficult to interpret accurately. Metric Insights is a great tool to measure and track your business KPIs. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The tool is very affordable and the support is excellent. I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. I would highly recommend Metric Insights to any company looking to measure and track their business KPIs. Metric Insights allows us to measure and track our business KPIs and to keep a close eye on our business performance.
