Exactly as described. Used this to outfit my dual dash cam/control box without going crazy. Fast plug and play, just crimp your device's power wire (should be red) and ground the other. Find a suitable spot in the fuse box (I used an IGN 20A - DVR turns on when car starts, turns off when car turns off), pull the fuse out of the fuse box, put it in this unit (supplied with THIS SIZE fuse) - then place this in a new free space in the fuse box. Check - your device should not turn on without starting the car. Start your car, check if your device is working (or charging, whatever).
