It was easy but the product is high quality

High quality and easy to install. I could not find this type of fuse taps in any of the three, my car zones or others. Took a picture and they were correct for my 2018 Honda Civic Si Sedan (10th Gen). Now my dash cam turns on when my car is not on.

Easy to use, easy installation for everyone!

Used to connect the Power Magic Pro that came with my Blackvue dr900s DVR. Works perfectly! Furnished very clean. I think the only downside is that the fuse box lid won't close after using these fuse taps. Perhaps the solution is to create a 3D printed cover with a little more depth. Recommended!

Great Invention!: Electrical Equipment

Installed a Ham Radio in my 14.5 year old Camry. I didn't want to go directly to the battery. Plugged this into a slot that was already a 20 amp fuse. I actually found the "official" ground point (E4) right in the left headlight. The original circuit still works, the new circuit works and I didn't break anything. This is definitely the way to go. Please make sure you know what fuse size you have. They make these devices in 3 different sizes so a little check will do.

Great faucet cheap fuses

This extra fuse is a quality product that was the perfect solution for installing a DVR on my 2013 Mazda 3. from the 12V port which is powered when the machine is on. The only complaint I have relates to the quality of the fuses that come with it. They are extremely cheap. The 5A fuse was in two pieces straight out of the box. That was the whole point of purchasing this particular back-up faucet. In short, the fuse tap is great, buyer beware the included fuses.

Works as intended; great problem solver

I first did some research to find out exactly what fuses were used on my 2012 Nissan NV2500. Even then I wasn't sure if it would fit in the fuse box. But it happened. I used an interior light circuit to add a 12vdc line to the cargo area so I can turn on my radiator/heater, fan and other accessories (one at a time) as needed. Since the interior light is always on, there is no need to start the engine or turn the key to ACC. I bought a cigarette lighter style 12v outlet over a year ago but could

Lightweight, simple hardware for your device.

Exactly as described. Used this to outfit my dual dash cam/control box without going crazy. Fast plug and play, just crimp your device's power wire (should be red) and ground the other. Find a suitable spot in the fuse box (I used an IGN 20A - DVR turns on when car starts, turns off when car turns off), pull the fuse out of the fuse box, put it in this unit (supplied with THIS SIZE fuse) - then place this in a new free space in the fuse box. Check - your device should not turn on without…

Radar Detector Easy Wired Option

Used to connect a fixed wire to a radar detector on a 2021 Honda. Just confirm the fuse panel type, newer modern JHonda appear to be low profile mini fuses. Using a voltmeter, found the available fuse that turned the ignition on and then just pushed it in. My car had an open position that wasn't being used and was supplying power - put my 2 amp fuse for the radar detector in the UP position for adding fuses and left the bottom position for adding fuses empty as the car didn't have a fuse had…

Summary - this is a great device if you want to quickly add a DC.

This is an overview of the Lumision locking tap set. Summary - This is a great device if you want to quickly connect a DC accessory to an available mini fuse port in your car. My car has DC outlets that are always on. I wanted to add a DC power outlet that would only turn on when my car was powered on for the dashcam. I ended up using the fuse for the heated seats as that fuse was only on when the car was on and it wasn't used as my car doesn't have that feature. I use it with a SMAKN® 12V 5A…
