Oriented and inserted in corrective direction to add a fuse. Proper power supply is confirmed on the shaft, then the hot wire leading to the radar detector is connected with a crimping tool. Your device has a grounding wire for connection to an approved grounding point. The metal under my dash served as a good grounding point. This kit was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good option with multiple fuses to use.
