This machine is a miracle for me! For the first time in years, I can hear and understand television dialogue much more clearly. @ Simolio staff are excellent. Where they said email them if you're having trouble connecting your TV's wireless speaker, they meant business. They were amazing at answering and answering my questions. I can give you one piece of advice. I had a Scientific Atlantic cable box, which unfortunately didn't come with a digital optical jack - my TV wasn't the right type either. I contacted my cable company and they told me the Samsung Cable Box has what I need and they have it. They came in today to replace the cable box for me and installing my speaker was pretty easy. I like it! I am getting used to understanding language again as I am now forced to accept that the brain plays a role in understanding language. Now I can only wonder why a $900.00 hearing aid can't be programmed professionally enough to do it for me. Thanks to Simolio and all the nice people who answered my questions I asked. You have a great product that should help many people "hear" again.
