Haven't had a chance to try this in the water yet - hopefully have a few more weeks before I need them! But it fits very well and was pretty easy to put on. I just had to move my shoulders a bit to get them in the right position on my real shoulders. I have a very pear shaped body and was very happy to find that it didn't curl up even when bending/crouching/sitting/kneeling. I was sweaty about 30 seconds after putting them on so I'm pretty sure it will help me stay warm while kayaking. In terms of sizing help, I'm usually 16 on top and had to go for a 5XL, which seems utterly absurd. But hey, it fits, so it's okay.
