Read reviews and look at pictures . I lived this thing and got so many compliments. I’m 5’4 and was able to wear as dress. I did wear small black shorts underneath. I ordered xl because of reviews. I could of got L and opened top button. I have double D so you see the gap at the top . If it fit tighter would have been perfect .
