They are very waterproof - sometimes they can leak if hair gets stuck in them or they don't fit properly, but they're usually good to take with you. I found them to be quite resistant to fogging as well. The only problem with these glasses - and this is common to all glasses of this size and shape that I have used - is that they sometimes cause discomfort after putting them on. wore them for about 20 minutes or so. Some days I don't realize it, but if I still get a little headache while I'm at work - and I tend to - it sometimes makes it a little worse. I only swim 1/2 to 3/4 mile breaststroke 4-5 times a week so my sessions are short enough that it's not a big problem - I don't know if I'll wear them. for many kilometers of swimming in open water. The price was very good, TYR are usually pretty reliable for wallet friendly glasses and they are no exception.
