Design flaw of hitch accessory
7 pin to 4 pin - unused pins on 7 pin connector are not held firmly in place. They are loose which can block the 7-pin connector from being fully inserted. This results in poor or no contact at the wire contacts. I had to disassemble the 7 pin connector when plugging it in to understand what's going on. The vehicle has a Mopar factory plug/plug.
