I had a sore elbow for a week. I ended up going to my doctor and he said I had medial tendonitis in my elbow (golfer's elbow) and said I should wear one of those elbow braces. I went to Rite Aid and bought the only one left in the store. As soon as I put it on my pain started to go away! My arm was too massive for a one size fits all brace they had, but this brace is great because it can be adjusted. Also, I don't have any lint sticking to the Velcro. The closure is not the typical velcro I have seen. This velcro is really good and provides a firm grip all day long. I loved it so much I went here to buy a second prop and it is identical to the one I bought from Rite Aid but at half the price!
