The interior dimensions don't quite match what fits inside. I had to size up twice before finally deciding on a bag that fit my laptop when the first one should have. Now that it fits, I'm very happy with it. This bag holds both my laptop and an external monitor, all associated cables, a mouse and mouse pad, and even a very basic customer service headset. I don't like the pocket configuration, but the small one at the very front is good for cables. . The rest is pretty much useless. The inner pockets in the main compartment are great for my needs and everything fits in there. Another big issue I have is that there is no shoulder pad on the belt. I think I can add one but it would be nice if it was included and consistent. Overall I like the case and am happy with it, and it's great for my "two device" carrying needs.
