Very simple and very well made

Works like a charm. High build quality and very low risk of damaging the processor (on this device). Extremely easy to use. Simply note the orientation of the IHS before removing it, thoroughly clean any old sealant, replace the factory TIM with the TIM of your choice and use a good quality silicone sealant when reinstalling the IHS. I used Permatex car sealant. If you decide to use a liquid metal TIM, be sure to seal the chip and coat the PCB with a conformal coating to avoid shorting out the processor.
