Unfortunately, the clothing and jewelry I bought from IWOKA did not live up to the high standards set by the company's website. The garments looked like they were produced on the cheap, with loose threads and uneven sewing, and the jewelry didn't sparkle as it did in the photos. I was really disappointed to receive a condescending and useless response from their customer support team when I attempted to voice my dissatisfaction. They denied any responsibility for the poor quality of their goods and provided no answers to my questions or concerns. My time spent with IWOKA as a whole was disappointing. Their products were subpar, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. If you're in search of dependable service and top-notch style, I suggest you seek elsewhere than IWOKA.
