Like the slicer. Not sure about the spatula
At the moment I can only make one cheese, Asagio/Slicer is strong, you can adjust the side screws, thickness/density. Works great, and I think this type could also replace the wire. spatula type. Didn't work with this cheese. I have food allergies that sometimes change. So I'm hoping to try something softer if I can. I think it would work great on a soft cheese board with crackers etc.
